The initial assessment usually takes between 1-2 hours, and includes gathering background history, formal and informal assessment, discussion and joint goal setting.
A written report will be provided to both client and GP, whilst building long-lasting relationships, based on trust and integrity.

Is your voice weak, hoarse, breathy or reduced in volume?
